The contacts below route court files to the proper clerk, sheriff reports and older bookings to the sheriff, and personal statewide record review to DCJS. This private site cannot accept official requests or provide records.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private resource cannot retrieve a record, perform an official check, correct an agency file, or accept a New York record-sealing application.

The courthouse is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; main court line 716-379-6636; Supreme/County Chief Clerk 716-379-6687. The Olean courthouse office is at 1 Leo Moss Drive, Olean, NY 14760, with weekday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. hours and phone 716-379-6616. Court records do not go through county FOIL.
